- Implemented trusted-device capabilities in Ping AIC for an Adviser Portal, extending an established Member Portal pattern to deliver secure returning-user authentication with risk controls.
- Investigated Member Portal trusted-device defects and supported remediation that reduced unnecessary trusted-device triggers by 40%.
- Integrated Ping AIC journeys with Daon identity verification across secure registration and login experiences.
- Improved Azure DevOps pipelines — Key Vault secret retrieval, Frodo import logic and per-activity toggles — cutting targeted deployment time by 87.5%.
- Implementing WebAuthn passkey registration and login journeys, including Postman test suites and a challenge verification script.
- Partnered with QA to validate identity journeys and test APIs, contributing to a 20% reduction in UAT defects.
